Resolving Complex Business Disputes: Is the Promise of Arbitration Illusory?

Speakers: Chief Justice E. Norman Veasey, David Burt, Gregory Gallopoulos It is never an easy task for a general counsel to decide on the best forum to resolve a complex business dispute. Factors such as cost, time, and other process-related issues must be thoroughly evaluated before a decision is made to provide for the method of resolving potential disputes either through litigation or carefully-constructed alternate dispute resolution processes of mediation and/or arbitration.
