Re: Resigning and Application To Go Back To Home Country- Penalty & Compensation

The above matter referred,

In order to compensate the company for the loss that the company has to bear due to you resigning before the contract ends, According to the Company terms, the employee who wishes to resign and terminate their service and wish to be send back to home country should:

1) Buy his own air ticket after their resigning application has been submitted and accepted by HR department.

And to pay:

1) Double the amount of the balance of unpaid levy or,:2) The penalty of RMxxx; which ever is higher

All the balance or penalty should be settled before company can proceed with the process of sending the employee back.
