Leadership Stength.David Stein, Senior Vice President & General CounselAs co-founder, David serves as Senior Vice President & General Counsel. David directs legal, regulatory and compliance efforts. He gained significant experience as a private legal practitioner with emphasis in labor and employment law, real estate and civil litigation and is a former adjunct professor of law at The Ohio State University.

Michael Isaacs, Chief Executive OfficerMichael Isaacs founded Residential Finance in 1997. Mr. Isaacs’ leadership enabled the company to increase revenue 63% over the past three years and has led to over 12 notable awards, including INC Magazine’s Fastest Growing Company, Best Place to Work, and Sales Department of the Year. His career in finance spans more than 20 years in finance and building.

Barry Habib, Chief Market StrategistBarry serves as our resident market expert providing our sales force exclusive market insights, through daily videos, sales calls and real-time bond quotes. Before joining RFC, Barry was the founder, creator and CEO of Mortgage Market Guide, which helped to interpret and forecast activity in the mortgage rate and bond markets.
