The development site lies to the rear of 3 North Lane, Foxton. The development area extends to approximately 0.21 ha (0.52 acres) currently comprising an areaof hardstanding and several workshops, which are proposed for demolition as part of the redevelopment of the site.

The workshops were previously occupied by a company, which creates and installs point of sale displays, visual merchandising and retail displays for nationalcompanies. The premises were vacated in April 2019.

Granted via delegated powers by Harborough District Council, the site has the benefit of outline planning permission (LPA Ref: 18/01956/OUT) for demolition ofthe existing workshops and the erection of 5 detached dwellings (all matters reserved).
