30events were hosted including the summer splash, community cook out and monster slime craft
Property improvement projects to be completed in 2019 include full renovations to select homes in the Sigsbee Park and Truman Annex neighborhoods and full window replacements in select homes in Sigsbee Park.

58%of our residents participated in the annual resident satisfaction survey.
