The number of new immigrants has increased in the pastfew years, in particular from France and other WesternEurope countries due to the rise of Anti-Semitism andTerror.
New immigrants coming to Israel have to deal with all thehurdles of settling in Israel coupled with the languagebarrier and the culture choc.
The Jewish Agency and other governmental associations aretrying to help the thousands of people who make Alya everyyear. However, their help is limited and often inefficient.
The integration phase and adaptation to the Israeli societyand workplace can be extremely difficult.
Many new immigrants do not succeed and leave with afeeling of failure.

Stéphanie Benmoussa-Molkhou, Israel Manager at Bersay &Associes is responsible for the Legal and Administrativedepartment with 2 other accountants and 2 other lawyers.
Talia Adjiman, director of the Career Center at theChamber of Commerce France Israel handles the HumanResources department with 4 other consultants.
Marine Arav, a former executive at Gindi and founder ofMarine Arav Real Estate Tel Aviv is in charge of the RealEstate department which also includes real estate agents inall major cities (Jerusalem, Netanya, Ashdod,Herzlyia/Raanana)
