    APL Seminar Series

    Academic year 2000-2001

    Series Organiser: Graham Soult.

    Preview

Since the merge of the departments of Architecture, Planning and Landscape in 1999, ' these weekly series have provided a rich inter-disciplinary forum in which postgraduate researchers, Staff members - whether from the university of Newcastle or invited deliberated and debated the latest findings and topical issues with the presenters.

Each seminar lasts for an hour, typically allocating twenty to forty minutes for each presentation, followed by time for questions and discussions. The gatherings also enhanced the social interaction between researchers and staff.

This year the APL seminar series continues its success from the previous year continuing to underpin a diverse theme of academic discussions across the field of Architecture, Planning and Landscape.
