GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS

Research Paper Format

• You may access the research paper format through this link: bit.ly/RCPaperFormat

• Provided is the general formatting guide for all parts of your research paper, including figures, graphs, tables, and footnotes. The formatting guidelines should be strictly followed to avoid deductions.

Exhibit Poster

• A 3 x 4 ft (W x H) poster of your research work shall be submitted during registration of the first day of the competition. Corresponding entry codes should also be printed at the top-right corner of the poster. The poster should not contain any identification marks, such as school name, besides the entry code.

For a more detailed guideline on the do’s and don’ts, please refer to Section I. Contest Proper of theResearch Competition portion from the Research Fair 2019 Official Handbook found in pages 25 to 26.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS

Digital Poster

• Each of the Exhibit and Project Presentation qualifiers is required to submit a Digital Poster of their research work. These posters shall be posted on Research Fair's Official Facebook page. The Digital Poster need not be the same as the Exhibit Poster. Be as creative as possible! The Digital Poster with the most number of likes by January 25, 2019 shall be awarded as the People’s Choice with a complementary prize of P1000.
