receives tuition fees in accordance with the requirements specified under Part 3, Division 2, ESOS Act 2000 ;

Where the PEO wishes to delegate routine administrative responsibilities associated with the school’s registration to a person acting on behalf of the Principal Executive Officer, it is necessary for the Principal Executive Officer to notify the International Quality (Schools) Unit of this delegation.
