•Proposal generates 11,234 trips – reduction of 2,000 trips – approved office

•Applicant constructing 2 lanes of a 4-lane section across Waxpool Rd. & Ashburn Village Blvd. frontages

•Contribute $500 / unit ($64,000) transit

•Contributions for traffic signals

• PC reviewed applications on September 17 – no one from public spoke

• Applications forwarded to Committee for further discussion

• Application changes: reduced # of units, increased open space, enhanced floodplain buffer, agreed to Farmwell Hunt HOA recommendations

• Based on changes, PC maintained that proposal more appropriate than approved office use

• PC forwarded applications with a recommendation of approval (7-1-1 Ruedisueli opposed, Whitmore absent)
