ExecutiveSummaryFoundedin1982,KevinHarris,Architect,LLCisafullservicedesignfirmspecializinginresidentialrenovations,residentialnewconstruction,andtheadaptivereuseofolderbuildings.Wealsohaveabackgroundinspecialtycommercialandhistoricpreservationprojects.Webelieveinarchitecturethatisdurable,functional,culture-basedandresponsivetotheindividualcharacteranddesireofeachclient.

ThecriteriaandstandardsbywhichKevinHarris,Architect,LLCwilluseduringevaluationofproposalsare:

• Theproposalmustbesubmittedpriorto5:00pmonWednesday,June1,2016.Anyandallproposalsreceivedafterthedeadlinewillnotbeopened.

RFP.• Proficiency&Experience-Theproposingvendorhasproficiencyandexperiencewithourneeds

fortheproject.• Presentation-Theproposalispresentedinaprofessional,well-organized,andthorough

manner.• Cost-Theproposingvendorchosethemostcost-effectivesolutionavailable.

Vendorwillprovidewarrantyonallequipmentandcabling,whichshouldcoverallcostsassociatedwithmaintenanceandrepairsforreasonabletimeduration,tobestarteduponcompletionofwork.

VendormayonlyworkwhileanemployeeofKevinHarris,Architect,LLCisonthepremisesandduringtheofficehoursof8:00amtill5:00pm,MondaythroughFriday.Ifvendorneedstoworkafterofficehoursorontheweekend,arrangementscanbemadeatthediscretionofMr.KevinHarrisonly.
