In keeping the mandate of continuous upgrade and technology transfer among stateuniversities and colleges, Philippine government, and private agencies, thePolytechnic University of the Philippines - Center for Continuing ProfessionalDevelopmentwillconduct a five-daycertificate course on "IT Governance with Weband Mobile Programming", scheduled on September 3-4 and 24-25 at the ICTOLab, Phase 1 - NALLRCBuilding, PUP Mabini Campus, Sta. Mesa Manila.

This course, replacing the seminar on "Best Practices in IT Governance in thePhilippine Setting", willbe incorporating topics onWebProgramming using PHPandMySQLand MobileApp Programing on Android OSwith ITGovernance intended forparticipants with basic understanding on: IT Fundamentals, Internet and the Web;HTMLand CSS; and CjC++ or JAVAprogramming. The said activity is aimed toupdate IT practitioners on current development platform technologies throughhands-on application and interactive discussions.

Weare enclosing a copy of the certificate course brochure with pre-registration form.With a modest registration fee of P7, 500.00, the certificate course is limited to fifty(50)participants, hence, being registered and prepaid in advance will surely help usin preparing the activity in the best possible manner.
