We are happy to notify you that the CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE TIREPATH, TABEYO- COROZ FMR, AMBASSADOR, TUBLAY, BENGUET is hereby awarded to you as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid at a Contract Price equivalent to Four hundred ninety eight thousand seven hundred sixty nine pesos and forty centavos (P 498,769.40).

NOTICE OF AWARD

You are therefore required, within ten (10) days from the receipt of this Notice of Award, to formally enter into contract with us, and to submit the Performance Security in the form and in the amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders. Failure to enter into said contract or provide the Performance Security within the specified time shall constitute a sufficient ground for cancellation of this award and forfeiture of your Bid Security.
