1. The 2nd Quarter Regional Monitoring and Evaluation and Plan Adjustment
(RMEPA) cum 6th Regional Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting is
scheduled on July 11-12, 2016 at The Farm @ Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal.
2. The objectives of the 2-day activity are the following:
2.1 2nd Quarter RMEPA
2.1.a Present division updates on special programs and projects
implementation contributing to increasing access to education;
2.1.b Identify issues and concerns needing Region and Central Offices action;
2.1.c Document progress of enrolment and Senior High School implementation
specifically the curriculum support systems; and
2.1.d Gather Most Significant Stories relative to the initial progress of the
implementation
2.2. 6th Regional ManCom
2.2.a Discuss latest DepEd issuances relevant to the implementation of the
different programs and projects; and
2.2.b For the SDOs to present their respective Division Reading Program and
the status of their implementation of the Rationalization Program
3. Participants are the Schools Division Superintendents, Asst. Schools Division
Superintendents, RO and SDOs functional division chiefs, Regional Education Program
Supervisors and MANCOM secretariat. No proxy is allowed.

4. The Schools Division Superintendents are advised to present a 15-minute
PowerPoint presentation during the RMEPA and a 10-minute presentation of
Division Reading Program and Updates of Rationalization Program implementation
during the 6th RMANCOM. Attached is enclosure 2: 2nd Quarter RMEPA and 6th
RMANCOM Toolkits for reference
5. Food, venue and materials for the two-day conference and the accommodation of
participants from Cotabato City, Cotabato Province and Kidapawan City shall be borne
by the Regional Office MOOE while transportation and other related expenses of the
division participants shall be charged against local funds, subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and procedures.
6. Attached is the Indicative Schedule of Activities for reference and guidance of all
concerned.
7. Wide dissemination and compliance to this Memorandum is directed.

TOOLKIT FOR 2nd QUARTER RMEPA
Theme: Enrolment and Senior High School Implementation
To ensure a comprehensive Completed Staff Work (CSW), this toolkit serves as
data analysis tool designed to facilitate quantitative and qualitative analysis. It outlines
the process questions to be used by the Region and Divisions to systematically
document the initial progress of the department programs. Questions are arranged to
reveal and explain the results, why and how these can be remedied and/or sustained.
Maximize the use of dashboards and segmentation in presenting the results. This 2nd
Quarter RMEPA is specifically designed to document progress of enrolment and
Senior High School implementation specifically the curriculum support systems.
I. Program Implementation Progress
1. Present the S-Curve of the overall physical accomplishment and utilization of
each program identified below:
IP and Muslim Education, Special Education, TechVoc Education, Science
Technology and Engineering, Multigrade Education, School Feeding Program,
Support Program for the Arts & Sports (SPA/SPS), Adopt-A-School Program
and Abot – Alam, BUB Projects, Reading Program;
