whereof is hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, do hereby sell, transfer and assign in favor

of said HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (HRMC) all

and whatever rights and interests which I may or might have over that certain personal property by

virtue of an Affidavit of Undertaking with Authority to Sell and Dispose of the Collateralexecuted and entered into by_________________on ___________, 2008, said motor vehicle being

more particularly described having the following specifications:

to settle my obligation/loan to the said cooperative within the said period and shall therefore

GIVE THE FULL AUTHORITY TO SELL AND/OR DISPOSE said collateral to the HRMC

under the terms and conditions of said loan facility.

4. I am executing this instrument for the purpose of securing the obligation specified therein,

and for no other purpose, and attest that the same is just and valid.
