VOCES VITALES ARGENTINAACTIVITY REPORT

3rd Mentoring Program: 13 - 17 June

Program objective: To link young professional women with leading potential with leader women in order to train them by means of a real life experience; expand their network; and reinforce the role of women by means of viewing their work.

Program Participants: 29 mentoring pairs were confirmed.

Nine of the young participants live in the interior of country. Moreover, 2 women were mentored by the Walmart Women Council.

Program development: Day 0: Thrusday 9Breakfast with mentors

Day 1: Monday 13•Opening breakfast with mentees and Training: “How to prepare for a successful experience”. •Visit to the United States Embassy in Buenos Aires and talks about Women in Leadership.•Meeting with Congress Women at the National Congress.•Opening Cocktail for mentees, mentors and special guests.

Day 2, 3 y 4: Tuesday 14, Wednesday 15 y Thursday 16Shadowing days

Day 5: Friday 17•Feedback, lessons learned, and closing: space to share mentees and mentor’s experiences.•Universidad de Palermo. Media and Communications Training. •Universidad de Palermo. Talk about networking•Universidad de Palermo. Team Building session
