with a holistic approach– Select prioritized use cases– Select partners – Develop project use case scope and milestones– Involve Metro Labs – Secure MOU’s – Deploy 1H16

• Performance Targets/KPIs – Test beds to include 3-5 use case technologies – Use case solutions to have direct benefit to citizen– Deploy by June 2016
