REPORT OF PARENTS MEET-2019

16th

February 2019

The parents meet was organized by E&TC department on 16th

February

2019 for all SE, TE & BE students. The agenda of meeting was regarding the

performance in University results, CAT-I as well as attendance status of wards for

the month January to bring it to the kind notice to their respective parents & other

issues were also discussed. The feedback form was also taken from parents to

improve the quality and needs of the department.

The function was inaugurated by Mr. S. M. Hirikude, HOD, E & TC dept. and

Parents Representative Member. Welcome speech was delivered by Mr. S. M.

Hirikude, HOD, E & TC dept. senior faculty member Mrs. S. K. Apte guided to

parents about the importance and functioning of Vishakha Cell and Students

Behavior in Higher Education studies. Mrs. S. C. Deshmukh has given brief review

of Academic activity. Dr. P. D. Patil has explained about the Training and

Placement cell activity. All class teachers, Mrs. J. M. Waykule, Mr. P. V.

Kothavale, Mr. P. G. Kamble, Mrs. Sharma madam and Mr. P. B. Nikam attended

the parent’s queries & Vote of thanks was given by Mr. A. K. Rathod Coordinator

of Parents meet. Total fifty (50) parents were presents for parents Meet. Parents

meet concluded with Tea and Snacks.
