Day-1 (Sept 25) 8:30-12:00, at the 2nd Floor of Conference Hall. 13:00-17:00, at Room A151, School of Engineering Day-2 and Day-3 (Sept 26 and 27) 8:30-17:00, at Room A151, School of Engineering Day-4 (Sept 28) 8:30-12:00, at Room A151, School of Engineering Lunch Each registered participant will receive four lunch coupons valid for Sept 25, 26, 27 and 28 at the canteen of the School of Engineering only. You can purchase any kind of dish up to 1,000 yen with a coupon. If the total amount of your meal is over 1,000 yen, the remaining amount should be paid by yourself. If the total price of your meal is less than 1,000 yen, the balance will NOT be refunded. Vegetarian and halal meals can be served upon request in advance. Coffee Breaks Coffee and tea are offered at the meeting rooms and A151. Snacks and Drinks Snacks, drinks and light meals can be purchased at the shop in the basement.
