    The tomb of Ndt-m-pf coversa largeareaand s composed f an entrancevestibule,an opencouft, a corridor or stairway o the roof and a small antechamberwhich leads o the offering chamber.Other hanblocksof limestone orming theentrance oorway, he alsedoorandelements f the alsedoorniche n theofferingchapel, he mastabas constructed f black mud brick incorporating mall stonesandpiecesof pottery. Theupperpart s missingandnothing emainsof the vaultedmud-brickceilingswhichpresumablyoofed herooms. Few of the nternalwallsarepreserved bove1.20m., o no heightsof walls, ceilingsor doorwayscan beprovided. The surfaceof the base ock on which the mastabas constructeds quiteuneven,and a fill of graveland sand o level the floor is visible n the offeringchamberand n the areasurroundinghemain shaft. Thebrick wall between oomsIII andV as well as he sidewalls of the main shaftextendapproximately75m.beneath hefloor level of themastaba.

    The streets long he west and north walls wereboth extensively sed or laterburials and here s also evidenceof intrusiveshafts n the tomb itself. In the opencourt andcorridorareas re emains f wallsconstructed ith a mixtureof stone,undressed hunksof l imestone nd mud brick, most of which were probablyconnectedwith intrusiveshafts.
