Data dan grafik bulan Juni 2011 menunjukkan bahwa :

1. Terdapat perbaikan dibanding dua bulan sebelumnya untuk reject panjang/berat yaitu :

2. Untuk reject karena faktor yang lain seperti lepas vacum dan kontaminasi benda asing relatif

kecil persentasenya seperti bulan sebelumnya. Untuk produk sosis ayam Gebooy terdapat

kenaikan reject sensory sebesar 3.12 %, yang disebabkan kesalahan penggunaan program

pemasakan (human error).

3. Loss yang tinggi pada produk Ruby sebesar 7.32 %, lebih disebabkan kesalahan pencatatan

(human error) pula.

4. Produk Mabell dari segi warna sudah lebih baik, tetapi belum maksimal (masih kurang merata

warnanya), hal ini disebabkan desain shower yang baru ternyata belum dapat mengatasi

masalah tidak rata (bagian atas lebih banyak mendapat air, sedangkan bagian tengah dan bawah

kurang). Alternatif sementara dilakukan shower manual.

Langkah –langkah yang perlu diambil :

1. Stuffer harus selalu stabil, untuk menurunkan persentase reject panjang, untuk itu perawatan

mesin perlu selalu dilakukan.

2. Menurunkan resiko human error baik dari segi pelaksanaan maupun pencatatan, dengan

meningkatkan pengecekan dari bagian produksi, baru dicek ulang oleh quality control.

3. Melakukan perbaikan shower kembali, sampai mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.
