Respected Sir 1.I am Bikram Dash and I was selected for the post multitasking in the office CGHS,BHUBANESWAR through the exam conducted by ssc mts 2016.My query is I possessed rank 1703 ,and another candidate named Purushottam Kumar bearing rank 1871 was also alloted to same office as that of mine.(CGHS,BHUBNESWR). But he already joined the office and worked for some days and I am not offered the appointment letter till now.While I asked in the department regarding it they replied that they received the dossiers from ssc and the dossier of Purushottam Kumar was marked as sl.no 1,thatswhy he got joining first.So on which basis his rank is arranged above that of mine.(my rank is 1703 and his rank is 1871) 2. We got information from our office that there is no more vacancy in cghs,bhubaneswar.So will ssc allot us another department in Odisha because as per my rank I was allted to odisha which was my first choice

But the CGHS office said that they had returned my doissier, due to LACK OF VACANCY . So 1- I want to know further procedures of regarding my joining. 2-whether sscer office will send my doissier to other departments and ministries office in the state odisha or you will change the state and send the doissier to other CGHS office .3- How much time it will take to send my doissior to respective office . 4- if doissier not receive by you, then what will sscer office do after receive my doissier.

criteria of UR CATEGORY as I scored total 186(130 in tier1

182 in LDC. The DIPP had returned my dossier without any

fault of mine, also the matter is already stretched for a long

time and because of these events i am living in stage of

mental trauma therefore, I request through ur esteemed office

to kindly forward my dossier to another Department

considering my merit of selection and direct the concerned

Department to issue joining at the earliest as further delay in

the matter seems not tenable Therefore I request you to look

into this matter as soon as possible. For this I will be highly

on receiving the dossier of Shri Bikram Prasad, selected for

the post of LDC through CHSLE, 2015, from the Department

Sir, I have been selected in SSC,Combined HIgher

Secondary Level examination,2016. Candidate Name -

Suprakash Sahana, Roll number- 4410004056. I have been

allotted in Controller General of Accounts(L06). They further

allotted Ministry of Urban Development for my posting. when

Principal Accounts of Urban Development received my

dossier they found that the commissions copy of my tier-1

admit card was missing and they sent my dossier back to

SSC,Eastern region. I have contacted SSC,ER in the first

week of August,2016. They told me that they have received

letter from Controller General of Accounts regarding the

missing commissions copy of tier-1 admit card of

SSC,Combined HIgher Secondary Level examination,2016 in

August,2018 and further redirected for confirmation. I have

visited SSC ,ER headquarters every week, but i have been

told that the confirmation is still pending. 1) On 4th

December,2017 there was already a documents verification

done by SSC officials, at SSC,ER headquarters,where all my

documents have been verified as well as my fingerprint was

checked. Then why is the confirmation taking time,and where

it is lagging behind. 2) I have already visited SSC, Eastern

Region office several times but am still unable to receive a

proper time frame by which the process will be completed. I

would like to know when the process will be completed. 3)

After passing the same examination, most other candidates

selected for the post L-06(Controller General of Accounts)

except me have joined office in the month of July,2018 , and

drawing their respective salary. I would like to know when i

will be able to join. Sir I am also sending the copy of my Tier-

1 and TIer-3 admit card of SSC,Combined HIgher Secondary

Level examination,2016 which was registered and verified by

Such candidates would be deemed as unavailable for consideration against unreserved vacancies. Accordingly, an SC/ST/OBC candidates can apply for both unreserved and respective reserved vacancy(s) subject to the condition that such SC/ST/OBC candidate should comply to the standards as mentioned for unreserved category in case of applying for unreserved vacancy(s). As per guidelines of DoP&T, there is no relaxation clause implies for unreserved category candidate.
