What once was a small gathering for a group of like minded cocktail enthusiasts and bartenders is now the premier annual cocktail event for industry professionals and cocktail enthusiasts alike. Since our inaugural year in 2011, we’ve grown to annually reach over 700 people and raised more than $72,000 for local and national charities.

Located within the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in New Orleans, MOTAC is a non-profit museum dedicated to raising awareness and respect for the American cocktail and its rich culinary history

Not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving the 99-yr old Cuban Club, a historic events venue in the heart of Ybor City, and restoring it to its “original” luster. By hosting your next event at The Cuban Club you are helping support the building, investing in Tampa History and keeping it alive for generations to come.

Every year USBGTB hosts bartenders from around the world to visit Tampa Bay, learn at seminars given by industry leaders, and help our Repeal Day Gala vision come to life. These bartenders are the best of the best in their respective communities, with many returning year after year. This year we will be hosting over 60 bartenders all week long.

Since 2011, our gala has nearly doubled in size every year. Last year our gala served over 700 people from Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. This year we hope to reach 800!

To show our gratitude to the volunteers who showed extraordinary diligence, commitment, and dedication to helping our USBGTB RDC 2014 committee, we have created the MVB (MOST VALUABLE BARTENDER) program. These volunteers were selected for going over and above what was required of them and stepping up when needed. Selection is made by a vote of the 2015 RDC Committee; for 2016, we have selected 43 people. Look for the announcement in late July 2016.
