• Photography- no pictures can be taken during this site visit
• SafetyNo Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) required No smoking, except in designated
smoking areas

Acquisition Information • This acquisition is a Economically
Disadvantaged Women-Owned (EDWOSB) Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.1503 (b), a
EDWOSB small business concern must be (1) registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); (2) self-certified as an EDWOSB concern in SAM; and (3) has submitted documents verifying its eligibility at the time of initial offer to the WOSB Program Repository. The contract will not be awarded until all required documents are received.

Acquisition Information
• Magnitude of project: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
• Period of Performance- a total of 245 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP)

Logistics of Site Visit
• Group will take their own vehicles to B4824
• This site visit should take approximately 1 hour to complete

Amendments
• Continue to monitor the solicitation on line All amendments to solicitation must
be acknowledged in block 19 of the Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer and award.
Failure of your acknowledgement may result in rejection of offer

Invitation for Bid Due Date
• Invitation for Bid (IFB) Due Date and Bid Opening March 31, 2015, 2:00 p.m. PDT Original Bid + 1 copy Bids will be opened at that time and the
apparent successful bidder will be announced
Everything said at this site visit is not binding. All official changes to the IFB will be issued via a written amendment.
