How can I get the best out of my hair care products? Always rinse your hair well after using hair care products. If your hair is not rinsed thoroughly,

it tends to be dull and can become oily more quickly.

To seal the hair cuticles and optimize shine, finish by rinsing your hair with cold water.

Once or twice a week, depending on your hair's needs, apply a hair mask adapted to your hairtype, for an intensive, deep-acting treatment.

The benefits of scalp massageMassaging the scalp offers not only a moment of relaxation and well-being; it is also good for yourhair. It softens the scalp, relieves tension in the muscles and stimulates skin microcirculation. Nutrients penetrate to the roots and provide the hair with the resources it needs to be full of strengthand vitality.

At home, you can massage your scalp for a few minutes once or twice a week, using a simple

technique:

1 Open your hands and place the pads of your fingers on your head, pressing lightly with smallcircular motions to move the scalp. Begin at the nape of the neck, work up towards the temples, thengo over the top of the head.

2 Close your fingers and bring your hands closer together so that you can gently pinch thescalp.

3 Finally, press lightly with the palms of your hands, beginning at the forehead and gliding yourhands towards the back of the head, as far as the base of the skull. Repeat the same techniquein the opposite direction, starting at the nape of the neck and working towards the temples.
