How I handed over the baton

Popular conference speaker Paul Reid is the former senior

pastor of Christian Fellowship Church in Ireland. He recently transitioned the leadership of the church to Andy McCourt.

Here’s how it happened…

In  1981,  my  wife  and  I  started  a  small  house  fellowship  with  

just  11  people.  A  couple  of  years  later  we  joined  up  with  another  

Fellowship  Church.  We  bought  a  building  in  1986  for  £520,000  and  borrowed  every  penny  of  

it  by  re-­‐mortgaging  our  houses  

building,  and  the  only  church  doing
