Both the House owner and the Tenant agree on the following Terms and &onditions of

this agreement of lease'

1% The Owner is the absolute owner of a ortion in house bearing H.No. B-86,

!% The Tenant aroached the House owner and exressed his willingness to ta)e one

ortion in the abo*e said house, on rent and the owner also agreed to let out the same%

"% The owner let out the said house at a rent of #s%!+$- er .onth% The Tenant

agrees to ta)e the aforesaid house on rent at the aforesaid rate of rent% The #ental

ad*ance of #s%!+$- has been gi*en to House owner% The ad*ance shall not carry any

interest%

/% That the rent is to commence with effect from 1-1-!10% The rent will be increased

1e*ery year%

2% That the Tenant shall use the remises exclusi*ely for residence urose and shall

not sublet the remises without the written ermission of the House owner%

0% That the Tenant shall ay the 3lectricity charges$Building maintenance in resect of

rental remises to the House owner or ay directly to the resecti*e agencies in addition

to the ayment of rent as aforesaid%
