emphasis on the cuisine being served.
Thoughtfully Composed. Creatively Ozorio.Dining traditions have evolved from formally presented oversized courses, to simple,
quality ingredients orchestrated for sharing and tasting. A younger, more informal
approach to dining that places emphasis on healthier, fresher menus inspired the
creation of tableware that relies on the simplicity of form rather than complex design.
