GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

RULES & REGULATIONS

• 1) One participant can participate only in one of the formal events.

• 2) Registration Fees include food and accommodation.• 3) Every participant has to reach the event venue

before the inaugural function of the event.• 4) Every participant has to strictly abide the rules and

regulations by the event co-ordinators.• 5) Only participants are allowed to stay in the college

hostel during the event period.• 6) compulsory registration for techno fest.

YUTHIKA(Young CEO)• Rounds• Aptitude Test• Case Analysis • Business plan• Stress interview• • Rules and Regulations• In the first round, participants has to clear an aptitude test there shall be no

elimination in this round• In the second round, participants have to analyse a case study given to them

by the college, there shall be elimination in this round• In round three, the selected participants will have to come up with a business

plan of their own and show it as a power point presentation of 10 mins• Only one participant is allowed from each institution.

TATKSHAN(extempore)

• Rounds• a)general round• b)visual round• • Rules and Regulations• In the first round, the participants will have to speak for 3mins on

a topic given by event incharge , the time to prepare will be 3mins• In the second round, the selected participants will be shown a

visual for 2mins and then they would have to relate that visual on any of the management issues .

• Maximum of 2 participants is allowed per institute

KAUTILYA-KALA (Biz - Quiz)• Rounds• a) Elimination Round• b) Final Round• • Rules and Regulations• In the elimination round, participants have to appear a written test

consisting of 30 questions and only 5 teams will be selected to enter the final round

• There are 4sub rounds in the final round • After the first four sub rounds in the final round, two teams will be

eliminated.• Each team consists of 2 participants and only 2 teams are allowed from

each institution.

PRACHARIKA(Ad – Mad Show)

• Rounds• a) Posture Round• b) Sun Sahiba Sun• c) Dekh bhai dekh• • Rules and Regulations• In posture round, participants have to come with a advertisement banner of

_____our sponser______having a size of 5x3 feet and also have to give presentation and mock ad for 5 minutes.

• In Sun Sahiba Sun round, participants have to act like radio jockeys and perform an advertisement _______of our sponser_____without facing the audience for a maximum of 5 minutes.

• In Dekh bhai dekh round, participants have to perform a live video advertisement of ___________for a maximum of 10 minutes.

• Each team consists of 3 participants and only one team per institution.

VYAPAR-MANTRA(Marketing)• Rounds• a) Think Fast• b) Act Quick• c) You Got It…• Rules and Regulations• In the first round, there will be 50 questions which includes

objective type, fill in the blanks etc.• In the second round, the participants have to make promote the

product and the product of their own choice• In the third round, you will be given a product by ITM Marketing

event committee, and will have to design a marketing plan for the rural population

VITT-VANI (Finance)

• Rounds• a) Hangout Round• b) Aapki Rai• c) Mudra Bazaar• • Rules and Regulations• In the first round, there will be 45 objective type questions related to finance

and elimination will be also there.• In 2nd round, participants have to prepare write ups on the topic given by us

at that time and they also have to give presentation on that topic for 5 minutes also.

• In the 3rd round, participants have to do mock trading for one hour and the winners will be selected on the basis of maximum return on investment.

• Each team consists of 2 participants and only one team per institute

MANAVSANSADHAN(HR)• Rounds• a) Tracking Round• b) Team work• c) Your Decision• Rules and Regulations• In first round, there will be subject based objective test and this is

an elimination round also.• In the 2nd round, there will be some interesting HR games and 5-7

minutes are allotted for each team.• In the 3rd round, participants have to do a role play on the basis of

the case study provided to each of them.• Each team consists of two participants and only one team per

institution.

GUNJAN(Singing)

• Round• a) Finals

• Rules and Regulations• Only Hindi, English and Telugu songs are

allowed and participants are allotted a time of 3 minutes.

• Only solo songs are allowed and only 2 participants are allowed from each college.

BHANGIMA (Dancing)• Rounds• a) Finals

• Rules and Regulations• Only Hindi and Telugu songs are allowed and each team is

allotted a maximum time of 5 minutes.• Only group dances are allowed and the participants have to

bring their respective songs in a CD for submitting at the time of registration.

• No solo dances are allowed and only 1 team is allowed from each college.

(T-SHIRT PAINTING)

• Rules and Regulations• T-SHIRT will be given by the the college only which

shall be plain and white in colour• Participants can use any decorative things to decorate

their t-shit• Participants will have to carry their own materials that

shall be required, ITM will NOT provide the participants with any paints or other materials

• Maximum 2 participants per college• Time allotted for painting is 1hr

PRATIBHA(TALENT HUNT)

• Rules and Regulations• Any talent can be performed in a

time span of maximum 5 mins• This can be done in groups or solo• Maximum of 2 participants per college• Solo singing is NOT allowed…

ABHINAY(Theme Skit)

• Rules and Regulations• Skit should be in Hindi, English or Telugu.• Only groups are allowed for the skit.• Each team will get a maximum of 5 – 7

minutes.• Only one team is allowed from each college.• Each team consists of a maximum of 5

members.
