BOOKING AND PAYMENT

EVENT BOOKING

The event is considered booked after signing the Agreement and making an advance payment of 50% of the total

amount of the event.

EVENT PAYMENT

Event payment should be done as follows:

- 50% of the total amount should be paid upon conclusion of the contract

- 100% of the total amount should be paid 14 days before the event

Payment should be done in Russian rubles in cash at the hotel reception or by transferring money to the hotel's bank

account.

CHANGE AND CANCALLATION OF BOOKING

Changes to the booking of the event are accepted no later than 7 days before the event.

Cancellation of the booking more than 30 days before the event date is non-chargeable.

Cancellations less than 15 days before the event will be charged 50% of the total cost of the event.
