Our vacuum grippers can handle many different solid objects,
even uneven objects such as tiles. We also have a solution
for handling porous objects, such as MDF- boards, one at a
time. The built-in valve system enables big and small objects
to be handled with the same gripper. We manufacture our
grippers from four different profile widths; 72, 114, 209 and
253 mm. Our standard models include:

Gripper is perfect for pipes
and other round objects.
Lineartec Mobile Gripper
can handle heavy and
rough objects, such as
concrete slabs. The
Mobile Gripper can be
used manually or it can
be attached for example
to a small excavator. The
power of the Mobile
Gripper is 1100W / 230V
and through an inverter it
can be used with a 12 V
battery.
Lineartec Pallet Gripper 573.759.74.VV2 is designed for
lifting an EUR 6 pallet of objects at once. The Pallet Gripper
can be used with a robot, automated machine or on a
manipulator. Due to the valve system, the pallet does not
need t obe full of objects. The Pallet Gripper can be applied
to a EUR pallet also, in which case half of the pallet is
handled at once. In the end the empty pallet can be also
lifted with the same gripper.
MANIPULATOR
Lineartec vacuum gripper attached to an electronic
manipulator creates an ergonomic solution to the workstation.
The adversity of the Lineartec vacuum gripper enables many
different objects to be handled on a workstation without
changing the lifting tool. Heavy objects can be handled with
the touch of a finger!
