Tom Jones

Tom Jones is protagonist as wall as hero of the novel.

Tom Jones is a brave and handsome young man, he has affairs with many different women but his true love is Sophia Western.

Tom must be face many struggle in their life.

Sophia Western

She is young and beautiful women. She represent the weaker position of women in their pried.

She is daughter of Mr. Western. His father was always hunting and drinking.

She is love with Tom Jones but unfortunately both are not unit to each other.

Tom at first oblivious to Sophia’s charms and beauty, falls deeply in love with her.

Tom’s relation with Sophia very heartily and deeply.

The novel has very deliberated purpose, to teach moral lessons.

Tom’s affair with many girls like Molly, Lady Ballaston.

Blifil is opposite of Tom Jones, he went to marry with Sophia for her money.

When Sophia knows about about Tom affair her heart was broken and marry with Blifil. But she loves only Tom.

But at the end of the novel both are remit to each other. Sophia forget Blifil and remarry with Tom
