I find it interesting that this chart lists only technological, risk, growth and political challenges.Does your Board not see the need to fit technical and logistical puzzle pieces into the jigsaw

puzzle that includes social considerations, national and global economic considerations, foodwater, health, disease, shelter, extreme weather and drought (force majeure) considerations?If these considerations are part of your business context, they should be explicitly delineated.

There is a new urgency , yet you make absolutely no mention of initiating change voluntarilyor to reinvent ExxonMobil . It’s time to shift to a paradigm of stewardship and survival, now.

Responsible planning evaluates alternatives. Exercise you fiduciary duty! DIVERSIFY. 

Quickly begin to replace fossil fuels with available, innovative, renewable technology.

Imagine ... ExxonMobil: Re-energized for life!
