18 NodeB( 2 Town) rehoming plan from RNC-28 to RNC-29.

Current Iups Utilization of RNC-27 & 29

Current IUPS Utilization is 67% (after recent augmentation), So IUPS augmentation will be also required after 18 nodeB rehomed in RNC-29.

Iucs utilization is very low and not a concern.

Page 9: Rehoming Plan

18 NodeB( 2 Town) rehoming plan from RNC-28 to RNC-29.

Assumption for rehoming work :

1. Rehoming planned based on trend of RRC attempts and “RRC fails due to RNC” as observed in few RNCs. BHCA working details not available from vendor.

3. Some margin kept in RNC-29 for traffic growth and integration of NEW/MRO sites.

4. For Rehoming of these 18 sites, May RCB splitting will be not required but we have to add one extra RCB card in RNC-29 from RNC-28.

5. RNC 28 Also have planned to shift from Rourkela town to Sambalpur town due to multiple fiber cut Ranchi thorpa, sambalpur sundargarh which caused sites outages, some times complete RNC Outages & isolation , But sambalpur town has multiple fiber protection path.

6. When we will rehome the Rourkela town (Total 53 sites) in RNC-29 to shift RNC-28 rourkela to sambalpur town, RCB card splitting will be also required in RNC-29 to control CMP & DMP utilization.
