PROCEDURES TO MAKE PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS ON THE WEBSITE

• For making a hotel reservation:

• For Booking the Hotel Reservation:

Step 1: Access the Travel.vn website

Step 2: The system will provide hotel choices at your selected destination.

Step 3: Choose the hotel that best suits your schedule, location, needs and budget.

Buyers select the desired package, provide the buyer's specific information (if not already a member), and complete the purchase. Rooms cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been made. Procedures for Travel Related Service Partners

Partner Sellers and Promoters may sell or promote Travel Related Services and Products on the travel.vn website after signing a cooperation contract with HI-TEK or its global partners, including hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and other travel service providers. Travel.vn provides the platform for the transactions, but does not directly sell goods or services to customers.

After Partner signs the contract, HI-TEK will give Partner an account to manage inventory, post image, information for services and products, to introduce the activities, and provide information about its products and services and its prices for the services and products it desires to sell on the website. Partners can modify, edit, and proofread all posted information. Note: The images and information displayed on the website posted by the Seller guarantees the accuracy of such information and its lawful use. HI-TEK is not responsible for inaccurate information or unauthorized use of photos of the hotel.

Sales activities: Partners can introduce hotel packages, travel tickets on travel.vn website. Customers can directly review the service package: content, quality, price ... and can compare with the same service packages, products to choose the best services, products.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

• Shipping

Travel.vn provides the environment where its Partners can introduce their products and services to members and new customers. Through the website, the providers can access the services offered, provide hotel services, airfares.... The Travel.vn website platform posts the information and provides confirmation codes to the customer for the purchase transactions for goods and services between customers and partners. Customers can book hotel rooms, buy air tickets and use the services at the best price offered by the provider at any given time.

Travel.vn does not support the delivery of confirmations, but only provides customers with a confirmation code for use in purchasing the services and/or purchase air travel tickets at Partner’s designated locations.

Payment: Customers pay online.

HOTEL CONFIRMATIONCHANGES AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

1. Confirming a Hotel reservation:

Immediately on a Customer’s completion of the purchase: Partner shall send the customer an email confirming the order...

2. Changing a hotel reservation:

Customers may cancel or change a Prepaid Reservation unless specific terms are stated in the room type you have agreed to buy. Service charge for canceling or discounting room can be up to 10 USD / room / night. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES

Travel.vn is committed to facilitating the resolution of all disputes concerning services purchased on its website impartially and in a manner acceptable to Customer and the travel providers. If any dispute is not resolved directly with the travel provider by Customer using a credit card dispute procedure, and by using the website, Customer agrees that all disputes shall be resolved as follows:

1) Customer will register the complaint by notifying Travel.vn at info@hi-tek.com of any complaint or dispute concerning Customer’s use of the Travel.VN website, or complaints relating to travel services purchased from a travel provider (Seller), as soon as possible after the incident, but not later than 30-days from the incident.

2) Within 3 working after the complaint is registered and any required authorization information, Travel.VN will notify the travel provider (Seller) and Customer of the that the dispute resolution process has been commenced. Acting as a neutral 3rd party mediator, Travel.VN will attempt to facilitate a mutually acceptable resolution of the dispute through negotiation.

3) If no resolution is achieved within thirty (30) days of commencement of the informal mediation process, the matter will be shall be resolved under Vietnamese law, using the applicable dispute resolution procedure described in Paragraph 4.

4) After 30-days has elapsed, either party may submit the matter to arbitration or court settlement procedures as follows:

a) If at least one of the parties is a foreign individual or a foreign legal person, or if the parties agree, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration with the Vietnamese International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in accordance with their dispute resolution

procedures; or

b) If the dispute is not submitted to the VIAC, the dispute shall be submitted for resolution through the Economic Court or through the District Court.

c) Travel.VN will participate in any dispute resolution proceeding on request of the parties. The parties shall notify Travel.vn when the dispute has been resolved.

Summary:

Step 1: Within 3 days of registration of Customers complaint and any required authentication information, notify the travel provider and Customer that the dispute resolution process has been commenced.

Step 2: Over the next 30-days, assist in negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution of the dispute through informal mediation, with Travel.VN serving as the neutral 3rd party.

Step 3: After the 30 days, the either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate Dispute Resolution Tribunal, which may be the VIAC or the Economic or District Court. Travel.VN shall participate if requested by either party. All arbitration decisions or court judgments shall be binding and final on all parties. After the dispute has been resolved, Travel.VN will close the process.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

1. Payment by Customer to the Seller (Travel Partner)

Types of reservations:

• Advance Booking: pay online at time of booking

You agree that your credit card will be charged the entire booking fee as soon as you submit your booking request. Your reservation fee is the total amount of the room plus an additional fee for our taxes and service charges.

The tax refund is the amount of tax we subsequently paid for in connection with your booking including the sale and use, room rental, room tax, excise tax, value added tax increases and other similar taxes ... and an additional fee is charged to us for processing your booking.

Travel.vn is not the seller and does not declare or make payment to the tax authority. Seller provides us with information concerning taxes and requires us to collect directly from the customer. We are also not a co-provider with the sellers, but rather a “pass through agent” for tax purposes, and the e-commerce platform facilitating transactions between supplier and customers for booking or arranging travel. Different locations have different tax and duty calculations. The actual tax paid to the provider may differ from the tax refund, depending on the exchange rate, and tax rates are calculated at the applicable rate at the time of purchase.

• Payment on Arrival - Payment is secured by deposit before check-in

The total amount of the room plus taxes and surcharges will be paid in full before

With a cash payment at check-in, customer may still incur a service fee to obtain the discounted HI-TEK Travel Services.
