Policies

Data Collection:By registering for NAB Showyou consent to NAB's collection and storage of the data on theRegistration Form in the United States.

NAB Member Registration:Registering at the NAB Member rate is subject to membership verification.

Onsite Registration:Onsite Registration is located in the North Hall at the N4 entrance and in the South Hall at the S2entrance.

Refunds/Cancellations:To receive a refund, your cancellation notification must be made in writing, mailed to NABShow with Badge/credentials and received no later than March 7, 2014. Requests for refunds will not be honored afterMarch 7, 2014. New registrations received after March 7, 2014 are non-refundable. Refunds are not granted for failure toattend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. Cancellations received by the deadline are subject to the

following administrative fees: Conferences & Training Packages - $100, Exhibits Paid - $75. Event tickets are non-refundable. Mail requests with Badge/credentials to NAB Show, PO Box 4088, Frederick, MD 21705. Show Managementreserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

Registration Materials Mailing:If the address you provided during Registration is within the United States and you haveregistered by March 7, 2014, your registration materials will be mailed to you at the address provided. If you registered

after the deadline or are an International attendee, please bring this Confirmation Letter onsite to scan the barcode atRegistration and pick up your Registration materials. Materials are not mailed in advance to International attendeesregardless of the date registered.

Registration Verification/Changes:Changes to your Registration can be made by calling (888) 740-4622 or+1 (301) 682-7962 Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET. Please clearly state to the Customer Service Representative thatyou are already Registered and provide your Badge ID number. You may also make changes online. Please choose the"Edit Existing Registration" option at the bottom of the page. You will need your name and Badge ID number to login.

Changing your Registration from a paid Exhibits-only pass to a complimentary Exhibits-only pass (using a promotionalcode) is considered a cancellation and a $75 fee will apply (there is no fee to addConferences/Sessions/Events/etc. toany Exhibits-only pass).

Student and Government Registrants:Student and Government registrants will be required to show a valid form ofStudent or Government Identification in order to pick up their credentials onsite.

Substitutions/Replacements: There is a $25 fee for substitutions. There is a $50 fee for badge replacements.

Age Limits:No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the Exhibit Halls or Sessions.

Photography Disclaimer:From time to time, NAB Show or its contractors record, photograph and/or stream the variousaspects and activities of NAB Show for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending NAB Show, attendee givesNAB Show and its contractors permission to use attendee's voice and image in any such archival or promotionalrecording, photograph or streaming activity.

Photography, Recording and Streaming:Photography and/or recording (including audio and video) during NAB Showis allowed for personal and private use only, and such photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of ShowManagement. In addition, any such photos and/or recordings of exhibits in the Exhibit Halls may require the permissionof the Exhibitor. Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited or further distributed without ShowManagement's prior written consent. Show Management retains the right to revoke consent. No disruptions due tophotography and/or recording shall be allowed and violators may lose attendance privileges. Photography and/or

recording are prohibited in NAB Show session rooms. Streaming in sessions at NAB Show is prohibited except for thoseunder contract with Show Management.Purchases From Show Floor:NAB strictly prohibi ts Exhibitors from engagi ng in any over-the-counter sales.
