Registrations received prior to March 22nd qualify for the Early Bird Draw. 2. On Site Registration Registrations will be accepted up to NOON Friday April 13th at the AHLA office. Late registration will be available on site at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge after 2:00 pm on Sunday April 15th. 3. Registration Fees Full registration includes all meals, speakers, entertainment and prize draws. To meet the needs of those who cannot attend the full conference, we also offer individual tickets to each event – ticket prices are indicated on the registration form. 4. AHLA Ambassador Program This program pairs first time attendees and new AHLA members with experienced members, to learn what to expect and how to get the most out of AHLA. If you select “Yes, I would like to receive information about the program”, you will be contacted with information about becoming a mentee. Deadline for accepting requests is March 22, 2012 5. Receipts Confirmation of your registration and payment will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form. 6. Cancellation and Refund Policy A 100% non-refundable administration fee applies to cancellations received after April 15, 2012. Delegate substitution is permitted. 7.
