2. On Site RegistrationRegistrations will be accepted up to NOON Friday April 13th at the AHLA office. Late registration will be available on site at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge after 2:00 pm on Sunday April 15th.

3. Registration FeesFull registration includes all meals, speakers, entertainment and prize draws. To meet the needs of those who cannot attend the full conference, we also offer individual tickets to each event – ticket prices are indicated on the registration form.

4. AHLA Ambassador ProgramThis program pairs first time attendees and new AHLA members with experienced members, to learn what to expect and how to get the most out of AHLA. If you select “Yes, I would like to receive information about the program”, you will be contacted with information about becoming a mentee. Deadline for accepting requests is March 22, 2012

5. ReceiptsConfirmation of your registration and payment will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form.

6. Cancellation and Refund PolicyA 100% non-refundable administration fee applies to cancellations received after April 15, 2012. Delegate substitution is permitted.

7. DeadlinesGold Key & Award of Distinction nominations & Early Bird registration – 4:00 pm, Thursday March 22.

8. Award & Designation RecipientsThe following awards will be presented at the conference:

Monday Dinner – Housekeeping Awards (General Managers & Housekeeping Staff or recipient properties are eligible to purchase tickets at $55)

Tuesday Breakfast – AHSA Certificate of Recognition (One ticket per company receiving a COR is complimentary)

Tuesday Lunch – Gold Key Awards (Gold Key Recipient ticket is complimentary.)

Tuesday Dinner– Employer of Choice (Employer of Choice recipients receive one complimentary ticket per property).

9. Accommodation:The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is holding a block of guestrooms with rates beginning at $189.00 per night. Special rates do not include applicable taxes, gratuities, parking, etc. Call 1.866.540.4454 and mention that you are attending the AHLA Conference & Trade Show to receive the special rates – room block will only be held until March 13, 2012. Please ensure you have made your hotel reservations prior to this date.

11. Privacy PolicyThe information requested is collected and retained only for the purpose of registration, delegate list, vendor list, and archives for the AHLA Annual Convention & Trade Show.
