RULES: § The convention is limited to 150 participants.§ You need to be present to receive the convention doll and other souvenirs.§ You must be of legal age to signing this entry.§ In case of cancellation before August 15, 2019, amount will be refunded with a penalty of 50 Euros. After this date, reimbursement will not be
possible.§ The convention registration is not transferable.§ By signing this form the participant gives consent to be photographed and filmed during the event and authorizes MFDS organization and its

Your entry into the Convention shall constiture your agreement and acceptance of these terms.
