Step 2Click ‘onsite payments’ to get started creating a customer record

Step 3Enter a valid 10-digit phone number relating to the customer.
If you would like the customer to be able to access the account at home, please enter a valid e-mail address so that we can send out an e-mail to help them set-up their own access
Once the fields have been completed, please select continue

Step 4Please complete all of the requested fields relating to the customer.
If you entered an e-mail to allow the customer access, please make sure that yes is selected. If no e-mail was entered, this field will not appear
Please select continue once all fields have been completed

Step 5aOnce you have selected continue, the created customer record will be displayed.

Step 5bIf you scroll through the created record you will have the ability to change a number of things. 1) Opt the customer
out of traditional mailings
2) Set up recurring payments
3) Add the customers account number using the customer ID function. (This is recommended)
4) Deactivate customer
