They are appointed purely on temporary and-provisionaLbasis.This appointment ingainst temporary posts and their confirmation againstsubstantive posts shall be considered on the basis of their seniority and record ofservice as and when suefrposts&areavarlable. They will have to take an oath of allegiance `to the Constitution of India.They will produce a certificate before joining the duties to the effect that theyhave one living husband in' height Is married. If he/she has not more thanone living husband/wife, shall 6i- eligii i for appointment to the post offeredunless the Government after being satisfied that there are special grounds fordoing so, exempt her from this condition.He/she will not be allowed to apply for any post outside the Department for aperiod of at least three years.He/She will not claim seniority on the basis of this order. Their inter-senioritywill also be decided in accordance with the department rules and instructions ofthe State Government later on.He/She will be on probation for a period of two years. The period of probationcan be extended further for a period not exceeding one year, if considerednecessary.In other matters, not specifically mentioned in this communication, he/she willbe governed by the civil services Rules as applicable to Haryana GovernmentEmployees and such orders/,instructions as may be issued by the Governmentfrom time to time.

In case of reserved category candidates, the appointment is provisional and issubject to verification of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled tribes/ BackwardClass and ESM Category Certificate. If the verification reveals that the claim ofbelonging to SC/ST/BC/ESM and PHC, as the case may be is false, then theirservices will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reason andwithout prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions ofthe Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate.The candidate who has been selected as Lecturer is hereby directed to submither original certificate of academic qualification and other relevant certificatewith the concerned District Education Officer of her place of posting. DEO willensure that the candidate has submitted a medical fitness certificate duly issuedby Medical Board. Only then she would be allowed to join as Lecturer inrespective school of posting. District Education Officer will also give characterand antecedent verification forms to her and after filling the forms, the candidatewould submit the same to the DEO concerned immediately.If the candidate is already in Government job as Class-II officer need not submit afresh Medical fitness report whereas others are directed to appear before theMedical Board as may be constituted by the Director General Health Services,Haryana, Panchkula and Medical fitness report is the submitted in the office ofthe concerned District Education Officer before joining the place of posting asLecturer in respective Government Senior Secondary School.He/She will be governed by the Haryana State Education Lecturer School Cadre(Group-B) Service Rules, 1998.If at any time during the course of her temporary appointment, any of theappointee desires to resign, she will be required to give one month's clear noticeor forfeit in lieu thereof, her salary including allowances etc. for one month or forthe period by which the notice falls short of one month. In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 29(3) read with Rule 3 of Haryana SchoolRules-2003 Education Department, Haryana permission is hereby granted to establish a newproposed school on the terms and conditions mentioned below:-

The Proposed School shall have the required infrastructure regarding land andBuilding i.e. number & size of class rooms with varanda and other rooms for Headof Institution/Office, Library, Laboratory, Stairs, Ramp and Toilets etc. as per Rule30.The Management of the school shall have to apply for permanent recognition withinthe stipulated time in the presctibecIform-IIwith documentsasper rule 31.

(ill) The Management shall not make admission beyond Class-III before the sanction ofits recognition or in its anticipation.

(iv) The letter of permission is based on the undertaking given by the applicant as perdetails given overleaf. Any violation of the undertaking automatically nullifies thepermission. This permission is further subject to 'No Objection certificate' from the'Competent Authority' regarding the land use of the proposed site.

This is only a formal permission to establish a New School or Start Classes and does notenable your school to get recognition automatically for which physical verification ofinfrastructure and records in this respect shall be made by District Inspection Committee.* The man committee shall abide by the provisions of Haryana School Education Rules2003 (amended) & R.T.E. In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 29 (3) read with Rule 3 of HaryanaSchool Education Rules-2003 Education Department, Haryana hereby permit to addnew proposed classes for higher stage. However, it is made clear that such permissionwill not enable such school to get recognition automatically for which the applicant shallhave to fulfill the required conditions.

This letter of permission is based on the undertaking given by the applicant as perdetails given overleaf. Any violation of the undertaking automaticall y nullifies the

permission. This permission is further subject to 'No Objection from the 'Competent

Authority' regulating the land use of the proposed site.

The permission to add new proposed classes for higher stage is only 'In-principle' approval of the Education Department to allow applicant to initiate steps and

provide infrastructure to the new proposed classes of higher stage.Students should not be admitted only on this permission without getting

29th July, 2011, for clause (i), the following clause shall be substituted.

namely :—"(i) that the employee/worker should have continued to work for not

less than 10(Ten) years as on 10th April, 2006 and is still in servicebut not under cover of the orders of the Courts or Tribunals, againstduly sanctioned vacant posts. If the break in service of any suchemployee/worker has been caused for no fault attributab le to him,such break period should be condoned unless it is of anextraordinary longer period i.e. not more than 90 days in a year.However, if the break in service has been caused due to fault of theemployee like abandonment of employment, the Government maynot condone the same if the period of such break is more than aperiod of 30 days in a year.".
