Broward County Transit (BCT) provides fixed-route, community mini-bus, “Breeze” limited-stop, and express bus services with connections to our area’s multi-modal transportation network that include Miami-Dade Transit, Palm Tran (Palm Beach) and SFRTA-Tri-Rail. Major system wide bus transfer terminals are located at the Broward Central Terminal (downtown Fort Lauderdale), West Regional Terminal (Plantation), Lauderhill Mall Transfer Facility (Lauderhill) and Northeast Transit Center (Pompano Beach).

The entire fleet is wheelchair and scooter accessible and have bicycle racks, and free Wi-Fi is provided on the “Breeze” limited stop and express bus services, and at the Broward Central Terminal.

Welcome Aboard Palm Tran!Palm Tran’s mission is to provide efficient, affordable and comfortable public transportation to the people of Palm Beach County. Through our network of fixed-route, paratransit and express bus services--wherever life takes you, Palm Tran will get you there!

Palm Tran runs seven days a week (excluding holidays) serving more than 3,200 bus stops with 150 buses. Generally speaking, weekday peak service runs every 30 minutes. Off-peak service runs every 60 minutes. Weekend service runs hourly on most routes. Timed-Transfer points allow for easy movement from the north/south main routes to the east/west routes. Palm Tran also serves several park-and-ride lots throughout Palm Beach County.

All Palm Tran buses are equipped with wheelchair ramps, automatic stop announcement systems, surveillance cameras, and bike racks.
