FREE Sparkles Face Painting Council’s Summer Tunes program provides free, live music at popular parks throughout Toowoomba and is a great way to relax with friends and family. Musicians and bands perform at Queens Park, Picnic Point Band Stand, Newtown Park State Rose Garden and Laurel Bank Park each Sunday. Concerts feature local musicians from a variety of music genres. It also provides a great opportunity to view the summer blooms in these parks.
