Regalado & Galindo Abogados is recognized for successfully and creatively conducting parallel lawsuits in the fraudulent bankruptcy of “Ficrea” and “Alta” financial companies for several billions of pesos, claiming the lifting of the corporate veil to hold the shareholders accountable of such insolvencies, as well as the State’s financial responsibility for the wrongful supervision of the National Banking and Securities Commission, thereby establishing a first precedent in Mexico.

We have also caused the first judicial precedent in Mexico in regard to the constitutional right of reply. Our lawfirm won the first case on the subject, filing a lawsuit on behalf of the presidential candidate Ricardo Anaya vs El Universal on account of false and inaccurate information published by such newspaper.

Regalado & Galindo Abogados is well known for successfully defending the title and possession of a foreign investment Fund over a luxury resort involving nine figures, where each condounit was illegally sold 3 or 4 times, winning the 97 litigations that sprang from such case. We take seriously our responsibility to build a better society and have filed over 450 amparo litigations to accelerate the reconstruction of an indigenous village devastated by the September 2017 earthquake. We have also defended herds of wild bison put in danger because of the construction of a system of transportation in the “Janos” biosphere reserve in the north of Mexico.
