Devash Harrinanan has served as Operations Manager for Caribbean Operations in one of the
leading independent inspection companies in Trinidad and Tobago, affiliated to AmSpec Services
LLC. His service in the marine/maritime industry has allowed him the opportunity to gain first-
hand experience and understanding of the specific needs associated with the entire supply chain
from cargo manufacture and delivery to interaction with management suppliers and operators
as well as quantity and quality measurement for an international clientele. This platform has
served as a launching pad for founding Refuge Ship Chandling Limited. His astute leadership and
passion for quality has always served in the best interests of his clients.
