• It's never too late to become what you might have been. • We are located in an inviting new facility specifically designed locale. Some 1100 sq.ft of instruction,

dressing and administrative space make a perfect place for training.  Our Studio is in the prime location and easily accessible.

• Reforma offers quality and reliable classes for all age groups. In addition, our friendly and professional staff is here to answer any questions you may have about our studio and services.

• We make it our responsibility to know your needs and desires. We work closely with you to ensure that the solutions we provide are tailored to meet your unique needs and challenges from the age of 4 to 104.

• While we view our program as year-long, we accept rolling admission for classes with room. We limit our class size (typically 15 or less), so many of our popular classes and times fill early.

• The training provided at Reforma is according to your body status. We have General Physician and nutritional consultant, who visit twice a week. They monitor your body status, and based on their reviews the training will be amended.

Fashion • REFORMA, THE FASHION & FITNESS STUDIO, caters modeling training as well as giving them a

platform to showcase themselves in the world of fashion. This is a two months training program which includes basics of modeling and also providing them the platform before the schedule of training complete.

• The term ‘Modeling’ covers a vast and varied area of endeavor and not just the high fashion modeling popularized on TV . If one is looking to become a "professional model" you need a positive money stream or more money coming in then going out. One can also look at different types of modeling and quickly see what the chances of having a positive cash flow are and how much that might be.

• Modeling is, undoubtedly a glamorous field which offers tremendous opportunities to travel and meet various classes of people. Moreover once established it is a highly paid job. Even with all these plus points it involves lot of hard work, dedication and perseverance to be successful in this field. It is a profession where educational qualifications become insignificant and physical attributes and personal qualities assume importance. Implications for the Facilities Development Strategy :

• A range of actions are needed to achieve the changes outlined above, targeting only one area e.g. facilities will not be enough. There is much that Local Authorities can do as part of this partnership process. A holistic approach should address the following issues: -

• The barriers which prevent people from participating e.g. time constraints, cost, lack of information, lack of motivation.

• Failures in provision e.g. poor supply of sporting opportunities, facilities, programme time, or coaching staff.

• Different policies are needed for different target groups e.g. for young people the aim should be to develop sports literacy (an ability across a range of skills with an emphasis on quality and choice).

• Adults should also be targeted with the aim of enabling as many people as possible to become lifelong regular participants, through a package of initiatives including consistent information.

• Examples of intervention that should be implemented are; better use of existing facilities e.g. opening up school facilities out of hours, initiatives to encourage employees to take part in physical activity through the workplace and direct subsidy for targeted individuals.

• Collecting robust information to enabling monitoring and evaluation of take up of sport and recreation and its impact on health and crime reduction.

• Identifying clear links between Fitness Development and Recreation Development strategies and actions.

The three key aims of the strategy are as follows: -

• To encourage a mass participation culture - (with as much emphasis on physical activity as competitive sport). The target is 70% (currently 30%) of the population to be reasonably active e.g. 30 minutes of moderate exercise five times a week.

• To enhance National & International success - A benchmark for this could be Any One --------------- which has achieved disproportionate levels of international success. The target is for all individuals to sustain .Particularly in more popular sports. & Recreational Activities Etc..

• To adopt a different approach to hosting mega sporting fashion & fitness events – they should be seen as an occasional celebration of success
