11 June 2015 Personal Reference for Julie Lewis by Giles Lee Dear Sirs I worked with Julie from her appointment in September 2010 to the newly created role of Head of Talent & Performance at Bray Leino until her departure in January 2015. Julie’s mandate when she joined us was to drive strategic change across the whole HR agenda. On the one hand this involved developing and implementing a completely new employee engagement methodology throughout our organization (400+ people). On the other hand it involved driving savings (e.g. In recruitment), to fund improved training & employee engagement programmes. Julie was also heavily involved in optimising organisational structures across the group – a fundamental role in a people/service business such as ours. And Julie performed all of the above extremely well, using her first class influencing skills, strategic insight and strong work ethic to drive through a very busy and diverse change agenda. She was an invaluable member of the Senior Team and a key advisor in all related Board Room debates. In my opinion Julie would be an asset to any business. Yours faithfully Giles Lee [email protected]
