* The ‘$500 Refer-A-Friend’ gift voucher is available to existing customers who refer new customers to Provincial Homes. To be eligible for the gift voucher, a completed Referral Form must be provided to the Sales Consultant by the new customer prior to the new customer paying the initial Commencement fee. A referral will only be accepted if the new customer is not already on the Provincial Homes enquiry database. The gift voucher is available after Commencement fee is paid, building contract signed and construction commenced (as defined in the HIA New Homes Building Contract) of the new customer’s home.
