Technip’s market-leading rigid Pipe-in-Pipe solution is ideal for oil & gas fields with flow assurance challenges and in 2014 reaches the significant milestone of the 50th field installation.

Technip is the recognised subsea industry expert in the design, assembly and pipelay of reel-laid pipe-in-pipe (PiP) assemblies for static and dynamic riser applications. Our expertise helps Operators to address flow assurance challenges, especially in fields requiring very high thermal insulation performance. We offer a full pipe-in-pipe service from design through to manufacture and installation by our vessels, using the cost efficient reel-lay method. Over many years we have built up a significant worldwide track record in this specialised rigid pipe technology.
