LEADERSHIP
Lean leadership could be the missing link
between toolbox lean and a sustainable
continuously improving organization. More
and more enterprises realize that they have so
far basically focused on the visible parts of
lean production systems. Although process
optimization with the various methods like
kanban, 5S, SMED, FIFO and many more is
ver y effect ive to ach ieve shor t te rm
improvements, after a few years, the lean
programs of many enterprises do not meet the
expecta t ions anymore. The common
approach can be explained by using the 4P
Model. It consists of 4 levels that are all
n e c e s s a r y f o r a s u s t a i n a b l e l e a n
implementation. The levels are: philosophy
(long-term thinking), process (eliminate
waste), people and par tner (respect,
challenge and grow them) and problem
solving (CIP and learning). All these terms are
well- known. However, most enterprises
merely focus on process. Eliminating waste in
all processes has been preponderantly
adopted, whereas the other 3Ps, the "invisible"
parts of lean, are less easy to adopt but equally
important for the sustainable implementation.
Lean leadership addresses all 4Ps and
provides a methodical system for the
sustainable implementation and continuous
improvement of lean production systems. It
describes the cooperation of employees and
leaders in their mutual striving for perfection.
LEAN LEADERSHIP
Lean leadership is all about commitment: commitment to
your employees, commitment to the system and
commitment to making changes towards improvement. A
lean environment requires leaders to excel at both verbal
and listening skills in order to understand the problems that
their people are facing. Their problems eventually become
your problems, and a better understanding of their
problems will make it easier to identify where waste is
being created and allow you to make the necessary
changes to reduce or eliminate it. Lean is all about
eliminating waste through continuous improvement, and
the most valuable resource a leader has available to
understand where the waste is coming from is through the
people that see it every day. Lean leadership is geared
more towards working with your people rather than your
people working for you.
This 3 days program develops the aspirants to learn to "
Lead " by discovering the power that lies within oneself to
make the difference .It helps to expand the perspective,
understand the dynamics of human behavior, and take the
initiative to get To where one wants to be through skill and
talent improvements .

POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME IN IT SECURITY MANAGEMENT
AIMSENRICH in association with AVANZO, a leading organization with expertise in Cyber Laws and Cyber Security Solutions offers courses at various levels in Cyber Security.
Information is the lifeblood of today's WORLD and, therefore, ensuring that information is simultaneously protected and available to those who need it, is essential to modern business operations. Information systems are not usually designed from the outset to be secure. Technical Security Measures and Checklists are limited in their ability to protect a complete information system. Management systems and procedural controls are essential components of any really secure information system and, to be effective, need careful planning and attention to detail. Therefore every organization today has effective hands to ensure the security of their information.
The areas covered under Cyber Law or the “ L a w g o v e r n i n g C y b e r ( I n f o r m a t i o n Technology) Space” include:
a. Cyber Crimeb. Electronic Commercec. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in as much as it applies to cyber space.d. Data protection and privacy.
T h e n e e d o f t h e h o u r i s t o p ro t e c t organisations and their workforce by adopting cyber security best practices on a proactive basis, as the saying goes:
'Prevention is better than cure’
Cyber Crime ScenarioThe growing danger from crimes committed against computers or against information on computers is beginning on the rise globally. Cyber crime increasingly breaches national borders, nations perceived as havens run the risk of having their electronic messages misused. Moreover, countless instances of illegal access and damage around the world remain unreported, as victims fear the exposure of vulnerabilities, the potential for copycat crimes, and the loss of public confidence.
Effective law enforcement is complicated by the transactional nature of cyberspace. Mechanisms of cooperation across national borders to solve and prosecute crimes are complex and slow. Cyber criminals can defy the conventional jurisdictional realms of sovereign nations, originating an attack from
almost any computer in the world, passing it across multiple national boundaries, or designing attacks that appear to be originating from foreign sources. Such techniques dramatically increase both the technical and legal complexities of investigating and prosecuting cyber crimes.
As organisations rely more an information
technology to increase competitiveness and
efficiency they also increase their vulnerability
to information leakage by insiders. This
information leakage could be perpetrated with
malicious intent or caused inadvertently by
human error and the result is potentially
devastating. The above suggestions have to
be adhered to safeguard every organization
against potential legal effects.

UX / UI Design
This Learning Path is a curriculum of UX
Design courses, videos and resources from
across the internet, organized into a logical
sequence that a beginner can follow.
Take a moment to think about your favorite
website or mobile app or electronic device.
What makes you love it? Is it really intuitive to
use? Did it feel familiar the first time you used
it? Maybe it even has an uncanny way of
knowing what you'll want to do next? Well,
odds are, a User Experience (UX) designer
spent hours researching and designing it so
you can have a seamless experience.
UX design is a combination of tools, methods,
and frameworks with which you can solve
design problems in a methodical way while
focusing on the users of a product or service.
Learning UX/UI Design
next? Well, odds are, a User Experience (UX) designer spent hours researching and designing it so you
can have a seamless experience.
Many people think that "User Experience" and "User Experience Design" are the same thing but they're
not. "UX" or user experience is an individual's subjective opinion of a product or a service whereas UX
Design is a process that guides users to successfully reach their goals in the most effective and
pleasing way when interacting with a product.
It took our industry a number of years to fully understand how important user experience (UX) is to
everything that we build. Now that we can measure and confirm the relationship between good UX and
successful websites, UX skills are in high demand
UX design is about effectively addressing the needs and circumstances of your users, to produce an
interface that is comfortable and even joyful to use. As if that wasn't enough to tackle, your users' needs
are always changing, as people continually evolve their expectations and technologies.
UX designers also look at sub-systems and processes within a system. For example, they might study
the checkout process of an e-commerce website to see whether users find the process of buying
products from the website easy and pleasant. They could delve deeper by studying components of the
sub-system, such as seeing how efficient and pleasant is the experience of users filling out input fields
in a Web form.

WHO CAN BENEFIT?
Training existing employees (specifically, the Web designer) in the principles and processes of UX,
or contracting out the UX work as needed, might be more suitable than hiring a full-time employee.
However, creating a solid user experience for users in the very first versions of a product or service
can certainly make it stand out and attract users attention. But as the owner of a start-up, sometimes
you may just not have enough resources for hiring a skilled UX designer.
Ÿ Product managers and heads of online looking for a more customer-centered approach to
product development.

Today all the organisations are driven by data-
driven decisions. Organisations are struggling
in collecting relevant unbiased data in the right
time and later strategising actions related to
the aforesaid data. This has characterised
Business Analytics and Data Warehousing.
With the rise of big data, the database and data
management tools market is in a state of flux.
Companies are now flooded in big data, and
end users are demanding greater capability
and integration to analyse new sources of
information. As a result, organisations are
supplementing their relational database
environments with new platforms and
approaches that address the variety and
volume of information being handled. Study of
Business Analytics is learning the data
incorporating statistical and operational
research methodologies. This includes
understanding the nature of data, data
processing methods, selection criteria of
appropriate statistical techniques, data mining
methods, predicting models, application of
optimisation techniques and analysis of
movement structures. Business Analytics also
enables in effective communication of data
analysis to customers, concerned department
and business partners. A Business Analyst
uses quantitative methods and evidence-
based data for business modelling and
decision making process. Business Analytics
require the use of Big Data.
