This Statement of Work is attached to the Terms and Conditions, which together are the “Agreement” between Customer and Redesign Upholstery. CUSTOMER SHALL DEPOSIT 50% OF THE TOTAL AS DESCRIBED ABOVE UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. Redesign Upholstery may delay commencement of the Services (and the estimated delivery date will be concurrently extended) pending receipt of the deposit payment. Final Payment Must Be Paid Upon Delivery. A 3.5% CONVENIENCE FEE WILL APPLY ON CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
